Hi my name is Curtis Starks, Owner of TRAIN & BURN. With 20+ years of experience in teaching, training and continuing my education, I have transformed thousands of lives through fitness and healthy lifestyle changes. I have created a number of programs based on proven scientific research and some of my past struggles with clients... 

In 1996, I fell in love with fitness and discovered the passion that I was SHAPED for. My mission is to get God's people moving and seeking a healthier lifestyle. I have been expanding my knowledge tremendously ever since, and helping others achieve BIG WINS by reaching their ideal fitness goals. I created the 28 Day Slim Down, because people need a simple jump start and often don't know which direction to go.  My -8 Week Clean & Lean Transformation Program  is a customized program that includes a nutrition plan, intermittent fasting, and workouts that are designed for everyone at any fitness level! 

I am happy to say I used these exact programs to help me jump start my own training routine, and get back into my healthy-eating habits and active lifestyle.
