SMALL GROUP GROUP TRAINING

Our small group training format includes just 1–6 members per session, giving you the personal attention of one-on-one coaching with the energy of a group. Every workout is coach-led, structured, and designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, all fitness levels are welcome — we modify, challenge, and progress you at your pace.

HOW OUR SESSIONS WORK

Our 30-minute coach-led sessions are built for busy moms, busy dads, and busy professionals who need an effective workout that’s in and out — but still delivers real results. We use a scientifically structured training method developed by our founder, Curtis Starks, focused on the six foundational movement patterns of life: push, pull, hinge, squat, twist, and walk. This approach builds real-world strength, burns fat, improves endurance, and reduces injury risk. No two workouts are the same. Our sessions rotate between H.I.I.T. training, fat-burning cardio, muscle strength, and endurance training — keeping your body progressing week after week.
